Our PLA bags offer a perfect, ecological alternative to conventional plastic bags. Made from PLA, polylactic acids, a bio-based plastic obtained from renewable raw materials such as corn starch or sugar, these bags are ideal for a sustainable packaging solution.
The "OK compost HOME" certification from TÜV Austria confirms that the certified product decomposes completely within the specified period not only in industrial facilities but also in home and garden compost. However, the conditions are more challenging in this case, as the temperature and humidity are usually significantly lower than in industrial composting.
Our PLA bags, made from rapidly renewable resources, are an ideal solution for environmentally conscious consumers, customers and companies who are looking for a sustainable packaging method.
They offer the same possible applications as classic plastic bags, but with a significantly lower environmental impact; however, they are not heat-sealable.
