Here you will find answers to frequently asked questions from our SPRINTIS customers to help you with your account, orders and more.
If you cannot register with your email address, you have probably already registered this email address for a customer account. If you no longer remember your access data, click on "Forgot password".

Unfortunately, you cannot change your email address yourself. Contact our customer support, they can change the email address in your customer account.

Please send us a request to delete your customer account. We will then process this and delete your customer account.

You will receive the newsletter 1-2 times a month.
No, you do not need to create a personal customer account. For guest orders, your data will be stored once for this order. Please note that when ordering without a customer account no payment by invoice is possible. 
The VAT ID only needs to be entered by commercial customers to place an order. If you receive this request as a private customer, switch from a commercial account to a private customer account using the button at the top right.
If the order has not yet been processed by our warehouse, you have the option of cancelling the order. Please contact us for more information.
You are welcome to pick up your order. Please let us know in advance by telephone or in writing. Depending on the size of the order, it can be picked up after approximately 4 hours. Cash payment on collection is not possible.
Unfortunately, it is not possible for private individuals to obtain samples. We ask for your understanding. We will be happy to support you with further information or a personal consultation to find the right product for your needs.
Unfortunately, not every article can be provided as a sample. You can see whether a product can be requested as a sample by checking whether the "Order free samples” button is displayed on the respective product page.
It is not possible to order quantities outside the specified minimum order quantity.
We will be happy to let you know on request when your desired item is expected to be available again. Alternatively, we will be happy to help you select a comparable product - we will contact you personally if you wish.
We changed our article number system at the turn of the year 2022-23. We assure you that you will receive the correct articles, even if the article numbers on your order differ from those stated on the order confirmation.
We offer the following shipping methods:
  • standard shipments by DPD/UPS
  • pallet shipments
  • express shipments

By default we send the parcels with DPD or UPS.
Your order can of course be delivered to an address other than your billing address. You can specify this in your shopping cart overview.
Once the goods have left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a link to track your order. You can use this to check the delivery status of your order.
You can find our terms of payment here. We do not offer payment by instalments.
You will automatically receive your invoice by email after the goods have been dispatched. If you would like the invoice to be sent to a different email address, please contact us.
Payment by invoice is only possible for customers with a commercial account. As a private customer and guest, only prepayment is possible.

Before a prepayment invoice is issued, we need to check your order. Only then will an invoice be generated in our system and sent to you by email

As a business customer you have no right of withdrawal. You can find more detailed information about your right of withdrawal and the withdrawal form here.
If you have ordered from us as a private customer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. For this, please contact our customer support.
If an item delivered by us is damaged or incorrect or differs from the product you ordered in any way, you can complain to us about the item. Please contact us by email at [email protected] with a brief description of your problem. In order to be able to help you as quickly as possible, please send us pictures of the goods.
As soon as we have received the goods, you will receive your credit note by email. The amount will then be credited to the original payment method within a few days.
You will always receive the credit note via the payment method you used for your order.
