Wooden name badges
Wooden name badges convey a warm, high-quality and professional impression, making them ideal for reception areas, customer service, premium service environments or events. At SPRINTIS, you will find customisable wooden name badges in a variety of designs: Full-colour printing (“complete-print”) for logos, brand colours and greater design flexibility, as well as laser engraving (“complete-engraved”) for a particularly durable, elegant finish. Both versions are available in two sizes and offer a range of mounting options: Stainless steel pin for secure fastening, or smag® magnet (standard or extra-strong) for quick attachment and removal without damaging the fabric. If names change frequently, we recommend Forest 40: a wooden name badge with engraving and a strong magnet, designed for name inserts.
Engraved or printed wooden name badges
If you need logos, colours and different layouts, a printed wooden name tag is the right choice: Colour printing clearly showcases corporate identity elements and is particularly well suited for events, teams and brand identities. For maximum durability and a high-quality appearance, laser engraving is recommended – ideal for repeated use at reception areas or in premium service environments. If you prefer a more neutral, very ‘clean’ look, opt for aluminium name badges or clear acrylic alternatives.
Mounting options for wooden name badges
The choice of fastening depends on the desired level of comfort and the type of clothing: A safety pin stays securely in place but can leave marks on delicate fabrics. A magnetic name badge, on the other hand, can be quickly attached and removed and is gentle on the fabric. For thicker fabrics, we recommend using an extra-strong magnet.
Wooden name badges with insert cards for changing names
For events, temporary staff or frequently changing roles, a fully personalised name badge is often impractical. This is where Forest 40 comes in handy: wood-look finish, engraving and a strong magnet, designed for 75 × 20 mm insert cards.
