Eyelet machine
In addition to our wide range of metal eyelets, we also offer processing tools such as spindle presses, eyelet machines and eyelet presses in various designs and suitable for each eyelet. The way the tools work is always the same: The eyelets are filled into a hopper on the machine and the pressure mechanism is operated manually. The eyelet punch then presses the metal into the material to be punched using the inserting die and fixes the eyelet at the same time. This process is then repeated.
Eyelet machines for every purpose
The practical eyelet presses are easy to operate and are suitable for all common eyelets thanks to various insertion tools.
For example, we offer the eyelet machine M165 for eyelets 24, 25 and 8E. The eyelet machine M80T, which has a larger supporting plate, is also designed for the same variants. And if you want to make the working process even more efficient, then you will also find the twin headed eyeletting machine M165D in our online shop, an extended version of the eyelet machine M165 already mentioned. Furthermore, the eyelet machine M80PU is also designed for these types of eyelets. Instead of a hand lever, it has a useful foot pedal to operate the eyelet punch.
However, the most versatile and at the same time the simplest tool is the spindle press N4, which is available optionally with a suitable insertion tool for all eyelets of the types 8E, 9E, 269, 270, 271/272 or 24/25/26. With its M6 thread, this simple eyelet machine offers the option of fitting inserting dies for eyelets with a diameter of about 12.2 millimetres. You can also find the matching upper and lower dies for this eyelet press in our online shop.
However, we do not only offer manual presses for eyelets, press studs and rivets, but also a range of automatic eyelet machines such as the knee lever press S.10. These systems make it much easier to insert eyelets and are also compatible with the inserting dies we offer for all types of eyelets.
