Binding screw extension

Binding screw extension are always used when the shaft height of the binding screws no longer sufficient. This can occur either if the stack height of the product changes or if the necessary height cannot be captured with conventional binding screws.

In the case of modified requirements and shorter binding screws are already purchased, these do not automatically become a slow moving item. Even too short binding screws can still be used because of the extension.

Extension of binding screws with thread size M4

Binding screw extension has the task of lengthening the piece between binding screw head and the sleeve nut. In the process, the connection loses none of its stability.

Assembly of the extension

To attach the binding screw extension, the existing binding screw will be loosened and the extension is screwed into the shaft with the side of thread on the outside. The additional filling material can be inserted and the screw head reattached by screwing it into the internal thread.
