Cover foil

Transparent cover foils are an elegant solution for protecting your binding folders. They highlight the title page while protecting it from dirt, wrinkles, creases, tears and other environmental influences. Cover sheets are suitable for presentations, reports, dossiers, calendars, menus and much more. In combination with a firm binding back cover, they give your document stability and a pleasant feel. The transparency provides clarity and an elegant and classic look. At SPRINTIS, you will find suitable cover foils for every need. Our foils are available in transparent crystal clear and transparent matt as well as in various formats and thicknesses.

Advantages of cover foils

Cover foils protect your document from wear and tear. They form a barrier against dirt, moisture and physical influences. At the same time, they can be used as design elements. A document with a transparent cover foil creates an elegant look and stands out from regular covers sheets. The front page remains fully visible and arouses curiosity about the contents. Together with the matching binding back cover, our transparent cover foils form a visual unit and are perceived as a high-quality cover.

SPRINTIS cover sheets are not pre-punched and can be flexibly processed using various binding methods – whether spiral binding, wire binding, plastic binding or binding slides.

Cover foils in different variants

Our cover sheets made of crystal clear PVC are particularly suitable when the colour image of the documents underneath needs to remain visible. Our matt cover sheets made of PP foil offer higher protection against scratches, are anti-reflective and less susceptible to fingerprints or dirt particles. We recommend matt foils especially for documents that are subject to frequent use.

Cover foils in different formats

In the SPRINTIS range, binding coves are available in various formats. The range includes all common formats and leaves nothing to be desired for the professional design of your documents. For most commercially available prints, a transparent film in A4 format is suitable as a cover sheet. However, SPRINTIS also offers smaller and larger formats:

Cover foils in different thicknesses

SPRINTIS cover sheets are available in different material thicknesses from 0.15 mm to 0.80 mm. The material thickness influences the desired stability and feel of your binding product. The thicker the cover foil, the more stable the final result.
