The permanent silicone adhesive discs made of pressure sensitive hot melt adhesive have a particularly high tack. Due to the excellent resistance to shear forces, the permanent glue dots are very well suited for vertical bonding on almost all surfaces.
Available adhesive strengths:
- weak adhesive, easy to remove: also known as non-permanent or Easy Tack, for very light fixings, can be removed without leaving any residue.
- medium adhesive, conditionally removable: also known as semi-permanent or Mid Tack, for light fixings, removable from most solid and smooth surfaces such as plastic or painted surfaces
- highly adhesive, permanent: also known as Permanent Tack or High Tack, for permanent, non-removable bonding on most surfaces, even for applications with increased loads
