Shipping costs - Private customer

We send the parcels with DPD, standard transit times vary according to country. The shipment usually leaves our warehouse on the next working day.

Please note that the real weight can differ from the calculated weight because for some items we have to consider the volume weight. You will see the definite shipping costs in the summary of your order where you can confirm them.

It's up to our discretion to send the goods by a forwarding company on pallet.
