The hog rings made of galvanised steel are pressed firmly around the elastic rope using the hog ring pliers. This allows you to create rope loops, connect 2 ropes or rope ends together or attach bungee hooks securely to the elastic rope, for example to create customised bungee cords with metal hooks.
