The metal cutter knife is equipped with ratchet-lock for easy movement of the blade. The 16 cm long knife is suitable for snap-off blades with a width of 18 mm, which can be replaced easily and quickly. The silver cutter knife is equipped with a slip-resistant rubber insert, which significantly minimises the risk of injury.
With the help of the cutter knife from SPRINTIS, textiles, paper and cardboard can be cut to size with millimetre precision without any problems and with little effort. The box cutter (as it is also called) has won over many areas of bookbinding, industry, handicrafts and retail nowadays, as it can also be used for fine work. Its sharpness can be restored without great difficulty.
Important accessories are a suitable cutting mat and a cutting ruler.
Safety advice:
Pay attention to the correct handling and use of the knife. To ensure the function of the blade retraction, it is necessary to clean the safety knife regularly from material residues. Never use the cutter knife with the blade fully extended. This increases the risk of injury during cutting.
